MITSUBISHI CONNECT Safeguard Services support vehicle owners in the event of an accident and help them maintain their vehicles 24/7.
SOS Emergency Assistance
Pressing the SOS switch in the cabin, activates a call to the call center. The vehicle owner can give details of the emergency smoothly.
Roadside Assistance
Vehicle owners do not need to describe the vehicle’s location to the call center as the call center can locate the vehicle in real -time and ask the roadside service provider to assist.
Other Features Details Automatic Collision Notification When a vehicle collision is detected, the system automatically activates an emergency call to the call center. Information Assistance Pressing the Information Switch on the overhead console enables the vehicle owner to access of the call center.
*Mon. – Fri. 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. (PT)Alarm Notification My MITSUBISHI CONNECT -app automatically notifies vehicle owners when their security alarm is activated. Stolen Vehicle Assistance If an owner’s vehicle stolen, the vehicle location is transmitted to the call center. (Stolen Vehicle Assistance is part of Safeguard Services: the feature is reported twice for no reason) Mileage Tracker Tracks daily history of miles driven. MITSUBISHI CONNECT Remote Services provide remote control services to vehicle owners via smartphones and smart speakers.
Remote Door Lock/Unlock
Locks/unlocks door from smartphone application, web portal or smart speaker.
Car Finder
Locates vehicle within a one-mile radius from the owner’s smartphone location.
Other Features Details Remote Climate Control Adjusts the climate control temperature setting of the vehicle’s interior cabin. Remote Lights Turns vehicle headlights on/off from the smartphone app. Stolen Vehicle Assistance If an owner’s vehicle stolen, the vehicle location is transmitted to the call center. (Stolen Vehicle Assistance is part of Safeguard Services: the feature is reported twice for no reason) Vehicle Settings Customizes and creates preset settings for the vehicle.
Vehicle owners can control Remote Services via the mobile app,
the owner portal website or Google Assistant/Amazon Alexa-enabled device.
